Q) What artwork file formats do you accept for digitizing my design?

A) Image formats we accept for digitizing for embroidery are JPEG, GIF, BMP, TIFF, PCX, DXF, PNG, EMF, WMF, EPS, PSD, and PDF.

Q) What file formats can my designs be digitized in?

A) We provide the following Embroidery formats:
DST, EXP, CND, DSB, DSZ, KSM, T01, T03, T04, T05, T09, XXX, EMT, EMB, TAP, SEW,
JEF, HUS, PES, PEC, PCS, PCD, PCQ, CSD.
Unless instructed by you, we send your digitized logos in DST format. We will also send you a JPEG image along with an actual sew out image of your logo. You can see how your logo will really embroider.

A) Please let us know if you have the artwork in any other format or want your digitizing work done in any other format. Our embroidery digitizers will be glad to help you.

Q) How do I request a quote for your custom digitizing services?

A) Register free on our easy-to-use website by completing a simple form and activating your personal account. Send us the artwork and your detailed requirements and we will get back to you. You can also email or fax us your artwork and your design details.

Q) What kind of artwork should I submit to get a free quote for digitizing for embroidery?

A) You can send us existing sew outs, pictures, drawings and sketches. Or you can send us an image of your logo scanned from business stationery or other sources.

A) Yes, your logo or design can be digitized for lettering only.

Q) What is the minimum size requirement of the artwork?

A) None. Generally we accept your artwork in any size.
